Tungsten Jig Heads Trout Grayling UL Lure Fishing Nymph Fly Tying 0.1-1.4g

Tungsten Jig Heads are precision-made weighted heads designed for building light jig rigs and micro presentations, particularly for trout and grayling fishing. Their compact tungsten construction allows a small, dense head to sink quickly and fish effectively in flowing water, making them a practical choice for anglers who need finesse without sacrificing contact with the bottom.

These heads are well suited to ultralight (UL) lure fishing with small soft plastics, grubs and micro jigs. The range of weights from 0.1 g to 1.4 g covers a variety of depths and current strengths, so you can fine-tune the sink rate to match the swim you are fishing. Lighter heads are ideal for shallow runs and cautious fish, while heavier heads help maintain control in faster water.

In addition to lure fishing, these tungsten heads are also useful for tying nymphs for fly fishing. Their dense tungsten material helps nymph patterns sink quickly and fish at the required depth, which is often important when targeting trout and grayling in rivers. The small diameters and neat finish make them suitable for building compact, realistic flies.

The heads are supplied in a pack of 10 pieces, giving you a useful quantity for tying sessions or for keeping a few spare rigs ready. The available sizes are matched to specific weights, allowing you to select the head that best suits your chosen hook size, lure and fishing situation.

Whether you are fishing small lures on a light spinning outfit or tying weighted nymphs for fly fishing, these tungsten jig heads offer a practical combination of small size, high density and consistent presentation.
