10. Delivery of goods

10.1.When ordering goods, the Buyer must choose a delivery service and specify the exact delivery address.
10.2.The Buyer must accept delivery of the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
10.3.The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms set out in the description of the goods. These time limits are provisional and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. By reading these Conditions, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such event, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree the terms and conditions of delivery.
10.4.Goods shall be delivered to the Customer:

*Delivery prices are subject to change depending on the partner's offers in force at the time. The cheapest method of delivery in other (except Vilnius city) areas of the Republic of Lithuania.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract of sale (i.e. returning the goods to us), we will decide on the refund of the delivery costs in accordance with the legal requirements. As provided for in Article 6.22811(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse to the consumer the additional costs incurred as a result of the consumer's express choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the trader.
The delivery charge applies per order.
The buyer will see the exact amount of the delivery charge before confirming the order. The amount of the delivery charge will not be changed after confirmation of the order.
10.5.The Seller shall not be liable for any breach of the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of third parties not related to the Seller or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
The delivery deadlines for the Goods are set out in the descriptions of the Goods. They are provisional and subject to change.
10.6.Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must, together with its authorised representative, inspect the condition of the consignment (whether the outer packaging is intact) and sign the invoice, the bill of lading or any other document of transfer and acceptance of the consignment. Once the Buyer has signed the invoice, bill of lading or other document of transfer and acceptance of the consignment, the consignment shall be deemed to have been handed over in good condition.
If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered consignment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must note this on the invoice, the bill of lading or any other instrument of transmission and acceptance of the consignment and, in the presence of the Seller's representative, draw up a free-form consignment damage report. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller shall be exempt from liability in respect of damage to the Goods, provided that such damage is not due to manufacturing defects, and in respect of inconsistencies in the assembly of the Goods, provided that such inconsistencies can be determined from an external inspection of the Goods.
If the Buyer, upon receipt of the consignment, notices any discrepancy, manufacturing defect or other defects in the goods, the Buyer shall immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the consignment at the latest) inform the Seller thereof. If the complaint is confirmed and the Buyer returns the goods of unsatisfactory quality, the Seller undertakes to refund the money for the goods within 14 (fourteen) days, together with the costs of return.
The characteristics of all goods sold shall be specified in the description attached to each product. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer;
10.7.In the event that the Buyer withdraws from the contract of sale of the goods, the Buyer shall be refunded all sums paid by the Buyer, including the costs of delivery of the goods paid by the Buyer. However, as provided for in Article 6.22811(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse to the consumer the additional costs incurred as a result of the consumer's express choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the trader.
