Feeder reels

Pro FL Pink Panther Feeder 5000 is a fixed spool reel from Pro FL designed for feeder and coarse fishing, where reliable line lay and smooth operation make a real difference over a long session. The Pink Panther Feeder series is built around the demands of modern feeder angling, and the 5000 size sits in the range that suits most commercial and natural venue work.

The reel is intended for anglers who fish method feeders, cage feeders and bomb rigs on stillwaters, canals and slow to medium-paced rivers. A 5000-size body gives a useful balance between line capacity and overall weight, so it pairs naturally with the feeder rods most commonly used in the UK, typically between 9ft and 12ft.

As part of the Pro FL Pink Panther Feeder line-up, this reel is aimed at the angler who wants dependable, fuss-free performance rather than gimmicks. The front drag arrangement allows you to set the clutch to suit the hooklink and target species, so you can play fish confidently without risking hook pulls or break-offs on the strike.

The 5000 size is a practical all-rounder. It holds enough line for long casts on larger stillwaters while remaining light enough to balance a rod for repeated casting. That makes it a sensible choice for bream, tench, carp, chub and barbel work, as well as general coarse fishing where a feeder rod is the main tool.

Because the reel is designed around feeder fishing, it is best matched with a feeder rod and a braid or monofilament main line suited to the venue and the feeders you intend to use. Pairing the reel with a balanced rod, line and feeder setup is the key to getting the most from it on the bank.

If you are looking for a dedicated feeder reel in the popular 5000 size from a recognised brand, the Pro FL Pink Panther Feeder 5000 is a straightforward, purpose-built option for the coarse and match angler.

Pro FL Strike Feeder 6000 is a feeder fishing reel from the Pro FL range, built for anglers who need a dependable, smooth-running reel for method and feeder work on commercial and natural venues. As part of the Strike Feeder series, it is aimed squarely at the feeder and coarse fishing market, where reliable line lay and consistent retrieve matter more than headline specifications.

The reel is designed around the demands of feeder fishing: repeated casting to the same spot, steady retrieving under load and a smooth drag when a bonus fish makes a run. The 6000 size designation indicates a mid-to-large reel body, a format commonly chosen for feeder rods where a slightly larger spool helps with line capacity and line recovery on longer casts.

Feeder and coarse fishing applications are the natural home for this reel. It suits method feeder, pellet feeder and cage feeder setups on stillwaters and slow-to-medium rivers, and pairs sensibly with a dedicated feeder rod. The reel can also be used for general coarse and match fishing where a robust, easy-handling fixed spool reel is required.

Because the reel is supplied as a complete unit with no additional accessories confirmed in the source information, anglers should expect a standard fixed spool configuration. Line should be matched to the rod and the venue, and the drag set according to the breaking strain in use.

For anglers building a feeder setup or replacing a worn reel, the Pro FL Strike Feeder 6000 offers a straightforward, purpose-oriented option from a recognised tackle brand, with the 6000 size giving a useful balance between line capacity and manageable weight on the rod.

MiracleFish FG Feeder is a robust, reliable and stylish feeder reel built for bottom fishing, method feeder work and sessions where heavier feeders are required. The combination of orange and black gives the reel a distinctive, sporty and modern look, so it sits beautifully on a feeder rod and immediately catches the eye.

The reel features a metal, medium-depth spool that works equally well with braid and monofilament. This spool depth allows you to load exactly the amount of line you need without overfilling the reel with unnecessary line. That is particularly convenient in feeder fishing, where accuracy, control and tidy line management matter.

One of the biggest advantages of this reel is its two metal line clips. They let you secure the line safely and conveniently and fish at two different distances. This is extremely useful in feeder fishing when you want to hit a baited spot precisely or quickly switch to another distance.

The fast and powerful front drag lets you release or tighten line feed with just a light turn. When a bigger carp, bream or other stronger fish takes the bait, this drag gives you more control and helps you play the fish more safely.

The metal handle with a comfortable knob allows firm, confident control of the reel. The reel is fitted with 9+1 ball bearings, which deliver smooth, stable and pleasant rotation. The 5.2:1 gear ratio is versatile, working comfortably in still water, in current and when using method feeder rigs.

The technologies used in this model deliver real fishing benefits:

• One Way Clutch System – instant anti-reverse. It prevents the handle from turning backwards, reduces play and helps you strike more accurately.
• Lightened body design – lower weight and more comfortable use during longer sessions.
• Additional line protection under the spool – helps protect the line from slipping under the spool and reduces the risk of annoying tangles.
• Computer-balanced rotor – reduces vibration and gives the reel more stable operation.
• Reinforced main shaft – an important part of the reel mechanism that transfers load and gives the reel more strength when fighting fish or using heavier feeders.
• Precise line lay system – lays the line neatly on the spool, coil by coil, improving casting quality and reducing the chance of line tangles.

The MiracleFish FG Feeder is ideal for method feeder fishing for carp, standard feeder fishing and bottom fishing in rivers or lakes. With this reel you can make long, accurate casts, work comfortably with feeders of various weights and confidently fight fish of different sizes.

The even line lay system helps wind the line neatly and evenly onto the spool, which supports consistent casting and reduces the chance of tangles.

A powerful front drag offers plenty of control when battling fish, allowing you to apply pressure smoothly and adjust to the situation. The metal line clip lets you mark your fishing distance conveniently, and it is designed to hold the line securely while reducing the risk of line damage during the cast.

The reel features a lightweight aluminium spool fitted with a metal line clip. This combination works well with both braided and monofilament lines. The metal clip is particularly useful for marking your fishing distance, helping you repeat casts accurately to the same spot and maintain a consistent feeding or presentation area.

A fast front drag gives you greater control when a larger fish takes the bait and you need to regulate line release precisely. This is especially valuable when spinning, feeder fishing or using finer lines, where smooth and immediate drag response can make a real difference during the fight.

The two-piece metal handle is fitted with a comfortable, non-slip grip, allowing you to control the reel confidently even with wet hands. This is a practical detail during long sessions or in changeable weather, when grip and comfort matter as much as performance.

Inside the reel, 8+1 ball bearings provide smooth, stable and pleasant operation. The 5.2:1 gear ratio is a versatile choice, suitable for slower lure presentation as well as retrieving line more quickly when an active fishing style demands it.

The MiracleFish Blade also incorporates several useful technologies. The One Way Clutch System provides instant anti-reverse, preventing the handle from turning backwards and giving greater precision when setting the hook. The computer-balanced rotor helps reduce vibration and supports more stable operation. A spare plastic spool is included in the box, so you can quickly adapt to changing fishing conditions or keep a second line ready as a backup. This is a practical advantage for anglers who like to switch between braid and mono, or between different line strengths, without having to respool on the bank.

A strong and reliable front drag helps you control even a larger hooked fish. This gives you more security when a fish makes a sudden sideways run or demands line during the fight. The drag system is designed to provide smooth, dependable pressure so you can play fish with confidence.

The metal two-piece handle with a comfortable EVA knob is pleasant to hold, does not slip and does not feel cold to the fingers in cooler weather. The reel body is lightweight yet sturdy, making it comfortable to use even during longer sessions. The combination of low weight and a solid build helps reduce fatigue when you are casting and retrieving for hours.

8+1 metal ball bearings ensure smooth operation of the mechanism, while the 5.2:1 gear ratio provides a versatile balance between speed and power. This ratio is well suited to a wide range of techniques, allowing you to retrieve line efficiently without sacrificing the torque needed to work lures or play fish.

This model is equipped with an anti-vibration system, a computer-balanced rotor and sturdy gears. Together, these features help the reel run more stably, smoothly and reliably even when it is subjected to heavier loads during fishing. The balanced rotor reduces vibration during the retrieve, which contributes to a more refined feel and more consistent line lay.

MiracleFish Orion BF 2000-4000 is a front drag fixed spool reel designed for anglers who want an attractive, smooth-running and affordable reel for everyday coarse and predator fishing. The striking orange and black colour scheme gives the reel a distinctive look on the bank, while the three available sizes make it a versatile choice across a wide range of fishing situations.

The reel is built around a front drag system that works smoothly and predictably. A front drag allows you to make quick, fine adjustments while playing a fish, helping you control runs and apply pressure when needed without over-tightening the spool. This makes the Orion a practical option for float fishing, feeder work and light spinning alike.

Inside the reel you will find 7+1 metal ball bearings, which contribute to the smooth, consistent feel of the retrieve. The 5.2:1 gear ratio is a versatile middle-ground ratio, well suited to a variety of techniques: fast enough to pick up line efficiently when spinning or retrieving a feeder rig, yet still offering enough torque for steady, controlled winding.

MiracleFish has equipped the Orion with several technologies aimed at reliability and consistent performance. The One Way Clutch System provides instant anti-reverse, so the rotor locks immediately when you strike, giving a more direct hook set and eliminating unwanted handle play. The computer-balanced rotor reduces vibration during the retrieve, helping the reel run more stably, particularly at higher winding speeds.

The Perfect Line Winding system lays line evenly across the spool, which helps produce a neat, uniform line lay. Good line lay supports smoother casting and more consistent drag performance, as line is released evenly rather than in uneven coils. The Reinforced Main Shaft adds strength and durability to the core of the reel, an important consideration for anglers who fish regularly and want a reel that will stand up to repeated use.

The Orion is available in three sizes, each suited to different approaches. The 2000 size is ideal for float fishing and ultra-light spinning, where a compact, lightweight reel is preferred. The 3000 size is a very versatile all-rounder, well matched to light spinning, float fishing and general coarse fishing. The 4000 size suits bottom fishing, feeder fishing and spinning with larger lures, where a slightly larger spool and more line capacity are beneficial.

Each reel is supplied with a spare plastic spool in the box, allowing you to load a second line of a different breaking strain or diameter and swap quickly on the bank. This is a practical feature for anglers who like to carry two set-ups without carrying two reels.

Overall, the MiracleFish Orion BF combines a smooth front drag, a reliable bearing count and a versatile gear ratio in an affordable package. Whether you are float fishing on a stillwater, fishing a feeder on a commercial or spinning for perch and pike, the Orion offers a dependable, good-looking option for the money.
