Decoy Floria Area Hook Kunai Barbless Lure Hooks Silky Coat Size 6-12 10pc

Decoy Floria Area Hook Kunai are premium Japanese-made fishing hooks developed for lure fishing, where a fine, ultra-sharp and reliable hook point makes all the difference. Manufactured by Decoy, a brand widely respected among predator and lure anglers, these hooks combine a slim wire gauge with impressive strength, making them an excellent choice for presenting lures effectively without adding unnecessary bulk.

The hooks are finished with a special matte "silky coat" coating. This subdued, non-reflective surface reduces the visibility of the hook underwater, which can be a real advantage in clear or heavily pressured waters where fish are cautious and quick to reject unnatural-looking presentations. The matte finish also helps the hook blend more naturally with the lure body and surrounding environment.

Each hook is barbless, meaning there is no barb on the point. This design allows for cleaner and quicker unhooking, which is beneficial both for the fish and for the angler, particularly when practising catch and release. The barbless point also tends to penetrate smoothly, and the hooks are described as extremely sharp straight out of the packet, so they are ready to fish without additional preparation.

Despite their thin wire construction, these hooks are built to be very strong, offering a dependable balance between finesse and durability. This makes them suitable for a range of lure fishing situations where a lightweight, low-visibility hook is preferred, such as when targeting wary fish in clear water or when fishing smaller lures that require a refined hook presentation.

The Decoy Floria Area Hook Kunai is available in four sizes — 6, 8, 10 and 12 — allowing anglers to match the hook size to the lure and the size of fish being targeted. Each pack contains 10 hooks, giving a useful supply for a session or for keeping in the tackle box as a reliable spare.

Whether you are fishing small hard baits, soft plastics or other lures, these hooks are designed to offer sharpness, strength and a discreet underwater profile. Their combination of Japanese manufacturing quality, matte coating and barbless design makes them a practical choice for anglers who value presentation and fish welfare.
