Pro FL Rubber Landing Net 85cm Aluminium Frame EVA Handle Fishing Net

Pro FL Rubber Landing Net 85cm is a purpose-built landing net designed to handle larger catches with confidence, while its extended overall length makes it exceptionally practical for boat fishing. Whether you are targeting specimen fish from a boat or need reliable reach from the bank, this net combines a robust build with fish-friendly materials.

The net features a strong aluminium frame that provides a stable and durable structure without adding unnecessary weight. Aluminium is a well-established choice for landing net frames because it resists corrosion in freshwater and saltwater environments, and it maintains its shape even when supporting the weight of a heavy fish. The frame is surrounded by foam padding, which serves two important purposes: it helps prevent the net from sinking if it is dropped overboard, and it protects the frame from knocks and scratches during transport and use.

The mesh is made from a soft, durable rubber compound. Unlike traditional nylon mesh, rubber netting does not absorb fish odours, which means the net stays fresher and is easier to maintain over time. The rubber material is also gentle on fish, reducing the risk of damaging fins, scales or protective slime coatings. This makes the net a responsible choice for catch-and-release anglers who want to minimise stress on the fish before returning it to the water.

The handle is covered with EVA material, a closed-cell foam that offers an excellent grip even when your hands are wet. EVA is widely used in fishing tackle because it is comfortable to hold, resistant to water absorption and provides a secure hold in slippery conditions. This is particularly valuable when landing a fish from a boat, where a firm grip on the net handle is essential for control.

With dimensions of 55 x 50 x 55 cm and an overall length of 85 cm, this landing net offers a generous opening for accommodating larger fish while remaining manageable for one-handed operation. The extended length gives you the reach needed to net fish without leaning dangerously over the side of a boat or stretching too far from the bank.

This landing net is suitable for a wide range of freshwater and saltwater fishing situations where a reliable, fish-friendly net is required. Its combination of a sturdy aluminium frame, odour-resistant rubber mesh, buoyant foam padding and secure EVA handle makes it a practical addition to any angler's kit, particularly for those who fish from boats or need extra reach when landing their catch.
