Korda Micro Ring Swivel Medium – Anti-Tangle Carp Rig Swivels 10pcs

Korda Micro Ring Swivel Medium are high-quality, robust swivels designed for serious carp anglers who demand reliable terminal tackle. Manufactured by Korda, a brand trusted throughout the carp fishing world, these micro ring swivels provide a secure and dependable connection point for a wide range of rig presentations.

The primary function of a swivel is to prevent line twist and tangles, and the Micro Ring Swivel performs this task with precision. By allowing the hooklink or lure to rotate freely, it significantly reduces the risk of the line twisting up during casting and retrieval, keeping your rig fishing effectively at all times. This is particularly important when using braided hooklinks or when fishing with lures that spin in the water.

Each swivel features a non-reflective coating, a detail that carp anglers will appreciate. A shiny, reflective component can spook wary fish in clear water, especially when fishing close to the hookbait. The subdued finish of these swivels helps the rig blend in with the lakebed, giving you a subtle but meaningful edge in pressured venues.

The Micro Ring design refers to the small ring incorporated into the swivel, which allows for smooth and free movement of the hooklink or leader. This ring reduces friction and ensures that the swivel can rotate freely even under tension, further enhancing the anti-tangle properties of your rig. The compact size of the Medium version makes it suitable for a variety of rig presentations without adding unnecessary bulk.

These swivels are ideal for constructing a wide range of carp rigs, including bottom baits, pop-ups, and snowman presentations. They can be used to attach the hooklink to the main line, or to connect a leader to the main line. The secure connection they provide gives you confidence that your rig will hold up under the strain of a fighting fish.

Supplied in a pack of 10 pieces, these swivels offer excellent value and ensure you have plenty of spares for multiple rigs or for replacing worn components. Whether you are a weekend angler or a dedicated carp specialist, having a supply of quality swivels in your tackle box is essential.

In summary, the Korda Micro Ring Swivel Medium combines strength, reliability, and a fish-friendly non-reflective finish. They are a smart choice for any angler looking to improve rig performance and reduce tangles.
