Spoon

Weedless Spoon – a specially designed weed-resistant predator fishing lure, developed for fishing in shallow waters, heavily vegetated areas and locations where conventional lures frequently become snagged. Its practical construction helps reduce the risk of catching on aquatic plants and underwater obstacles.

The Weedless Spoon is an excellent choice for anglers targeting pike, perch and other predatory fish. It is particularly useful when fishing in areas where ordinary artificial lures are difficult to retrieve without becoming tangled in vegetation.

Its specially developed weed-resistant construction allows the lure to be worked through challenging fishing areas with a reduced risk of snagging. This makes it a practical option for exploring places where predatory fish often hide among aquatic plants and natural underwater structures.

In the water, the Weedless Spoon produces active, vibrating movements that imitate the natural action of prey fish. This lively presentation helps attract the attention of predators and can encourage aggressive strikes.

The lure's distinctive wobbling and fluttering action creates an appealing underwater movement. This makes it particularly useful when anglers want to provoke predatory fish with an active and noticeable lure presentation.

One of the main applications for the Weedless Spoon is fishing in shallow water, where pike and perch frequently hunt smaller fish. Its design allows anglers to explore these areas while reducing the likelihood of becoming snagged in vegetation.

The lure is also particularly useful when fishing along reed beds and weed edges. These locations often provide excellent cover for predatory fish, but they can be difficult to fish effectively with conventional lures.

The Weedless Spoon is well suited to weedy lakes, shallow bays, ponds and slow-moving waters. In these environments, its reduced snagging risk provides a practical advantage when searching for fish in difficult locations.

The lure's active swimming movement creates an attractive presentation during a steady retrieve. By adjusting the retrieval speed, anglers can vary the action to suit different fishing conditions and predator behaviour.

Its special design makes it particularly useful when predators are holding among aquatic plants or close to underwater obstacles. These areas can be productive fishing spots, and a weed-resistant lure allows them to be explored more confidently.

When targeting pike, the Weedless Spoon can be worked along vegetated margins, reed beds and shallow weed-covered areas. Its lively movement provides an attractive presentation for searching out actively feeding fish.

The lure is also suitable for perch fishing, especially in shallow areas where perch gather around vegetation and hunt smaller baitfish.

The Weedless Spoon range is available in several sizes and weights, allowing anglers to select the most suitable option according to fishing conditions, required casting distance and target species.

By combining a weed-resistant design with an active vibrating action, the Weedless Spoon provides a versatile solution for modern lure fishing. It is a useful addition to the tackle box of any angler who regularly fishes heavily vegetated waters.

The Weedless Spoon combines practical snag-resistant construction with lively, attractive underwater movement. An excellent artificial lure for pike, perch and other predatory fish, particularly when fishing shallow, weedy and difficult-to-access areas.

Its distinctive blade-style cut edges improve the lure's action while also increasing casting distance, making it easier to reach fish holding further away.

The Bladecast is particularly suitable for targeting salmon, sea trout and asp. Provocative colour patterns with a UV effect increase visibility and attraction, while selected models, where indicated, also feature a phosphorescent coating.

Made from 100% brass, the lure provides excellent durability and reliability. Forged stainless steel rings ensure strong connections, while reinforced MUSTAD treble hooks provide dependable hook-ups and secure fish during the fight.

Balzer Colonel Z Seatrout 10cm 26g is a high-performance sea trout lure engineered in Germany for anglers who demand reliable distance and a seductive action in demanding coastal conditions. Whether you are working the Baltic shoreline or casting into a stiff headwind, this lure is built to reach the fish and keep performing.

This is particularly valuable when targeting wary sea trout and salmon that often hold well beyond the reach of standard lures.

On the retrieve, the lure sinks slowly while producing a fluttering, wobbling action that mimics a wounded baitfish. This erratic, enticing movement is exactly what triggers aggressive strikes from predatory fish, even when they are not actively feeding.

Equipped with a Mustad treble hook and double split rings, the Colonel Z Seatrout offers secure hook holds and reduces the risk of lost fish. The hardware is selected to withstand the powerful runs and head shakes of sea trout and other hard-fighting predators.

The UV-active colours ensure the lure remains visible in murky water, low light, and during dusk or dawn sessions. This added visibility can make a real difference when fishing in coloured water or under overcast skies.

While designed with sea trout in mind, this versatile lure also performs well for pike, perch, and asp, making it a valuable addition to any sea or coastal angler's tackle box.
