Match Pro Total Carp Honey Groundbait 1kg Coarse Fishing Bait

Match Pro Total Carp Honey Groundbait 1kg is a high-quality groundbait with a coarser particle fraction and a distinctive honey aroma, developed specifically for carp fishing. Its carefully selected natural ingredients are designed to attract fish effectively to the baited area and to hold them there while you fish.

The coarser fraction gives the mix a fuller, more textured consistency than finely milled groundbaits. This makes it well suited to swims where you want to introduce a bed of feed that appeals to larger, more cautious carp rather than simply creating a fine cloud in the water.

The honey aroma is the defining characteristic of this mix. Sweet, natural-smelling baits are widely used in carp fishing because they present a familiar and attractive scent signature in the swim. Combined with the natural components in the blend, the honey profile helps the groundbait draw fish in and encourage them to root around on the baited spot.

Match Pro Total is at its most effective during the warmer months, when carp are active and feeding confidently. In warm water, fish respond readily to bait introduced in quantity, and a groundbait of this type can be used to build and maintain a productive swim throughout a session.

For even greater effectiveness, Match Pro recommends enriching the groundbait with grains and live baits. Adding particles such as sweetcorn, hemp or pellets, along with maggots or other live bait, increases the feed value of the bed and gives carp more to investigate. This combination of groundbait, particles and live bait is a proven approach for attracting and holding carp in a swim.

The mix is supplied in a 1 kg bag, a practical size for a day session or for topping up a swim during a longer trip. It can be mixed to suit the conditions, whether you want a bed of feed on the bottom or a lighter, more active mix.

Match Pro Total Carp Honey is a sound choice for anglers targeting carp on commercial fisheries, lakes and larger stillwaters during the warmer part of the year, particularly when used alongside grains and live baits to maximise the attraction of the baited area.
