Rumpol Monster Winter Telescopic Ice Fishing Rod is a purpose-built telescopic rod designed for targeting large catches through the ice. Compact, robust and ready for the demands of hard-water fishing, it gives the mobile ice angler a reliable tool that packs down small yet fishes with real authority.

The rod features a cork handle that offers a secure, comfortable grip even in freezing conditions. Cork is a traditional choice for winter rods because it stays warm to the touch and provides dependable control when your hands are cold and wet, making it easier to set the hook and play a fish cleanly.

A solid reel seat holds your ice reel firmly in place, so there is no movement or wobble when you strike or when a big fish makes a run. The blank is built with a stiffer action, which makes this rod an excellent match for fishing with heavier lures and jigs. That extra backbone helps you work larger presentations with confidence and gives you the power to turn a heavy fish away from the hole.

The rod is fitted with two guides and a tip section designed to carry a bite indicator (sargelis). This set-up allows you to fish with a sensitive visual indicator, so even the subtlest takes are easy to spot. The telescopic construction means the rod collapses down to just 33 cm, making it ideal for carrying in a rucksack or bucket and perfect for anglers who move between holes throughout the session.

The Rumpol Monster is available in three lengths: 50 cm, 58 cm and 68 cm. Shorter lengths suit tight swims and ultra-compact transport, while the longer options give extra reach and leverage when fishing deeper water or when you want more control over a hooked fish.

This is a practical, hard-wearing winter rod for anglers who target big fish through the ice and want a compact, dependable set-up that is easy to carry and quick to deploy.
