Carp Lead "Raketa" 80-120g Sand-Coated Swivel Flat Bottom Carp Fishing Weight

Carp Lead "Raketa" 80-120g is a sand-coated carp lead designed for use in carp and bottom fishing rigs. Its sand-coloured coating helps it blend in with gravel and sandy lake beds, while the built-in swivel at the top of the lead allows for free movement and reduces line twist during casting and retrieval.

The lead features a flat bottom, which gives it a distinct advantage when fishing over soft or weedy ground. When the lead is pulled sharply, the flat underside causes it to rise quickly towards the surface rather than digging in. This makes it an excellent choice for fishing in densely weeded areas and other snaggy spots where a standard lead might become stuck.

The sand coating not only provides camouflage but also adds a subtle texture that can help the lead sit naturally on the bottom. The integrated swivel is a practical addition, allowing the lead to rotate freely and reducing the chance of tangles when using braided or stiff monofilament hooklinks.

This lead is suitable for a range of carp rigs, including bolt rigs and running rigs, and can also be used for general bottom fishing where a heavy, streamlined lead is required. The flat-bottom design makes it particularly effective when fishing over soft silt or weed, as it resists sinking too deeply and lifts easily on the retrieve.

Available in a choice of weights, the "Raketa" lead can be matched to your chosen venue, casting distance and the size of fish you expect to encounter. Whether you are fishing a weedy estate lake or a snaggy river, this lead offers a reliable and practical solution.
