Katran Galaxy Cast Tapered Shockleader 0.26-0.47mm 12m 5pcs Fluorocarbon

Katran Galaxy Cast Tapered Shockleader is a fast-sinking, fluorocarbon tapered shockleader designed for anglers who demand reliable performance when making long casts. The thin end measures 0.26 mm, while the thick end measures 0.47 mm, providing a smooth transition that helps transfer energy efficiently during the cast.

Each shockleader is individually separated and clearly marked with its own label, making it easy to identify and organise your rigs. This thoughtful packaging ensures you can quickly select the correct leader for your fishing situation without confusion.

The tapered design is particularly useful for achieving long casting distances. The thinner section allows for improved line flow off the spool, while the thicker section offers the abrasion resistance and strength needed when fishing near snags, gravel bars or other abrasive structures.

Manufactured from high-quality copolymer, this shockleader is designed to have no memory. This means it resists coiling and retains a straighter profile, which can help improve bite indication and reduce tangles during both casting and retrieval.

Katran Galaxy Cast is suitable for both bottom fishing and carp fishing. Whether you are targeting carp on a large pit or fishing a feeder rig on a river, this shockleader provides a dependable connection between your main line and rig.

The pack contains 5 shockleaders, each 12 metres in length, giving you ample material for multiple rigs or replacements during a session.
