Asso PE 8X Light Games Multicolor Braided Line 150m 8-Strand PE Japan

Asso PE 8X Light Games Multicolor is a refined 8-strand braided fishing line manufactured from high-density, exceptionally thin PE fibres that are engineered to withstand a wide range of fishing conditions. This construction places it firmly in the premium segment of modern braided lines, where a fine diameter and a high strength-to-diameter ratio are the qualities that matter most to demanding anglers.

The line features a remarkably smooth, silky surface finish. This is not simply a cosmetic detail: a smooth braid generates less friction as it travels through the rod guides, which supports efficient casting and helps the line run quietly during retrieves. The result is a braided line that feels refined in use and performs consistently across long sessions.

Strength is a core characteristic of the Asso PE 8X Light Games. The dense PE fibre construction delivers high breaking strength relative to its diameter, while the braid also offers excellent knot-holding ability — an important practical consideration, since a braided line is only as reliable as the knots that connect it to leaders, lures and terminal tackle.

The line has a round profile, which allows it to pass smoothly through the rod guides and helps reduce noise during casting and retrieving. A round braid also tends to behave more predictably on the spool and in the water than a flat or inconsistent braid, making it easier to manage during both casting and fighting fish.

Thanks to its versatile character, the Asso PE 8X Light Games is suitable for a wide variety of fishing methods. Whether you are fishing light lures, working soft plastics, or presenting baits in a range of freshwater and saltwater situations, this braid is designed to adapt to the task at hand rather than being limited to a single discipline.

The line is supplied on a 150 m spool and is available in several diameters, allowing anglers to match the braid to their rod, reel and target species. The multicolour finish also makes it easy to monitor line position and movement during a retrieve.
