Ockert GmbH offers a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on its Sportex brand fishing rod blanks from the date of purchase.
1. Every buyer must register his purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase at garantie.sportex.de.

3. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
4. Parts such as rings, ceramics, lacquer, hook holders, cork or EVA material, adhesives, etc. are covered by a 2-year warranty.
5. Normal wear and tear, external damages or misuse, such as: overloading of the form, impact, crushing, intentional damage, etc. are excluded from the warranty.
6any repairs carried out independently will automatically void the 10-year warranty.
7. The sender shall bear all costs associated with the shipment of the goods to Ockert GmbH and shall be liable for any damage caused during transport until delivery to Ockert GmbH.
