Sportex Purista CGC Carp is a premium two-piece carp rod built for anglers who demand high performance and lasting strength from their tackle. Designed around a fast-action blank, it makes casting long distances with pinpoint accuracy noticeably easier, while still absorbing the powerful lunges of hard-fighting carp and transmitting even the most delicate touches straight to the palm of your hand.

The blank benefits from a special carbon fibre lay-up arranged at a 45-degree angle, combined with very high-quality Japanese carbon. This construction gives the rod exceptional strength without unnecessary bulk, so you can fish with confidence when targeting big carp in demanding situations.

Fitted with very light yet strong carbon fibre guides, the rod keeps overall weight down and improves handling and balance. The result is a rod that feels responsive in the hand and remains comfortable to use during long sessions on the bank.

The duplon EVA handle offers a secure grip even with wet hands, allowing you to hold and control the rod comfortably throughout the fight. Its extended length also helps you achieve even longer casts when distance is critical.

A built-in Fuji DPS reel seat provides a solid, reliable mounting point for your reel, keeping everything aligned and secure under pressure. The manufacturer applies a 10-year warranty to the rod blank, underlining the confidence placed in its construction.
