The Sportex Rapid RS-2 Heavy is a premium three-piece heavy feeder rod from the world-renowned German manufacturer Sportex, designed for demanding feeder fishing with heavy feeders and long-distance casting. This model is ideal for rivers and large lakes where accuracy, casting power and fish control are essential.

The blank is built from high-quality Japanese carbon fibre, delivering excellent sensitivity, fast recovery after casting and impressive power reserves when fighting larger fish. Its progressive action absorbs aggressive runs smoothly while maintaining excellent control throughout the fight.

This rod offers outstanding versatility and performs exceptionally well with medium to heavy feeders under a wide range of fishing conditions. The balanced blank construction handles both bream fishing and powerful carp with confidence.

Durable SiC guides ensure smooth line flow and long-lasting performance, even when using braided lines. The modern reel seat securely locks the reel in place, while the ergonomic Duplon handle provides excellent comfort and grip throughout long fishing sessions.

Included are three solid carbon quiver tips in 2.0 oz, 3.0 oz and 4.0 oz, allowing precise adjustment to varying fishing conditions while maintaining excellent bite detection.
