13 Fishing Wicked Deadstick Ice Rod M 120cm Toray Carbon Winter Spinning Rod

13 Fishing Wicked Deadstick Ice Rod M 120cm is a premium-class winter spinning rod built for anglers who demand sensitivity and control when fishing through the ice. Designed by 13 Fishing, this rod combines a high-grade Toray carbon blank with Evolve Performance guides to deliver a responsive, lightweight tool for ice fishing.

The Toray carbon blank is the heart of the Wicked Deadstick Ice Rod. Toray carbon is widely respected in rod manufacturing for its favourable strength-to-weight ratio, and here it helps keep the rod at just 130 g while maintaining the backbone needed for hook sets. The result is a rod that feels balanced in the hand and transmits subtle vibrations from the lure or bait directly to your fingers.

Fitted with Evolve Performance guides, the rod is built to manage line smoothly during retrieves and when playing fish. These guides are designed to reduce friction and support accurate casting and jigging, which is particularly useful in cold conditions where line can stiffen and ice can form in the rings.

The Evolve reel seat provides a secure, wobble-free connection between rod and reel. A solid reel seat is essential in ice fishing, where repeated jigging and sudden strikes put stress on the handle area. The modern design of the Wicked Deadstick also gives the rod a clean, contemporary look that matches its premium positioning.

At 120 cm in length, this rod is well suited to fishing through drilled ice holes. The moderate length offers enough leverage for fighting fish while remaining compact enough to handle comfortably in a shelter or when moving between holes. The M (medium) power rating makes it a versatile choice for a range of ice fishing presentations, from small jigs to slightly heavier lures.

Sensitivity is a key benefit of this rod. Because the blank is made from Toray carbon and the rod is lightweight, it allows you to feel even the lightest takes. This is especially valuable in ice fishing, where bites can be subtle and a delayed reaction can mean a missed fish. The Wicked Deadstick Ice Rod is designed to help you detect and respond to those bites more effectively.

This rod is intended for winter ice fishing applications. It is suitable for anglers targeting perch, roach, zander and other species commonly pursued through the ice, depending on local regulations and water conditions. Whether you are jigging vertically or presenting a deadbait, the rod's construction supports precise lure control and reliable hook sets.

In summary, the 13 Fishing Wicked Deadstick Ice Rod M 120cm is a well-specified winter spinning rod that combines a Toray carbon blank, Evolve Performance guides and an Evolve reel seat in a lightweight 130 g package. It is a strong option for ice anglers looking for a sensitive, durable and modern rod.
