Akara Rover 8g 5cm Balance Lure for Perch Pike Zander Predator Fishing

Akara Rover 8g is a well-balanced and highly effective balance lure that closely resembles a small baitfish. Its realistic profile and carefully tuned weighting make it a reliable choice for targeting predatory fish in both open water and under the ice.

The lure features a slim, fish-like body that is painted in contrasting colours on each side. This dual-tone finish creates a flickering, reflective effect as the lure moves through the water, helping to trigger the natural hunting instinct of perch, pike, zander and other predators.

At 5 cm in length and weighing 8 g, the Akara Rover is compact yet heavy enough to cast accurately and to sink steadily through the water column. The balanced design allows it to glide, flutter and dart on the retrieve, imitating a wounded or fleeing baitfish.

The lure is equipped with two single hooks at either end, supplied by WMC or Maruto, and a central treble hook mounted on a small bead. This hook arrangement provides multiple hooking points along the body, increasing the chances of a solid hookset when a predator strikes.

Thanks to its versatile action and realistic appearance, the Akara Rover is suitable for a range of techniques, including vertical jigging, balance lure fishing and ice fishing for perch, pike, zander and other predatory species.
