Helios Long 100mm Ice Auger – Extended Hand Ice Drill for Winter Fishing

Helios Long 100mm Ice Auger is an extended, robust and dependable ice drill designed for anglers who need reliable performance on frozen waters. Manufactured in Russia from high-quality steel, this 100 mm diameter auger is built to handle the demands of winter ice fishing, whether you are drilling through dry, clear ice or wet, slushy layers.

The extended shaft gives the auger a longer reach, which can be an advantage when ice is thick or when you want a more comfortable drilling posture. The 71 cm spiral section provides ample length for efficient ice removal, while the 100 mm cutting diameter creates a hole suitable for a wide range of ice fishing techniques and target species.

The auger is supplied with high-quality double-blade knives. These blades are designed to cut smoothly through both dry and wet ice, helping you start fishing quickly and with less effort. When the blades eventually dull, they can be sharpened or replaced with new ones, and replacement knives are inexpensive and easy to source. This makes the Helios Long a practical long-term investment for regular ice anglers.

Designed for two-handed drilling, the auger features non-slip handles that provide a secure grip even in cold, wet conditions. The two-hand operation allows you to apply steady downward pressure and maintain control, which is particularly useful when breaking through thicker ice. The robust steel construction and reliable cutting performance make this a solid choice for winter sessions on lakes, ponds and rivers.

With its combination of extended length, durable steel build and affordable replacement blades, the Helios Long 100mm Ice Auger offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio. It is a practical tool for both occasional and experienced ice anglers who value reliability and ease of maintenance.
