Atora Feeder Method Rig Barbed Hooks with Bait Spike for Pop Up Boilies 8cm

Atora Feeder Method Rig is a ready-tied hooklength system designed for method feeder and bolt-rig style fishing, supplied with barbed hooks and a metal bait spike that makes presenting pop-up boilies quick and secure.

The rig is built around a barbed hook with a short metal spike attached to the hook. The spike features small barbs along its length, which grip the bait firmly as it is pushed through. This allows a pop-up boilie to be mounted directly on the spike without the need for additional bait stops or glue, keeping the presentation neat and simple.

Because the bait is held on the spike rather than threaded onto the hook itself, the hook point remains fully exposed and ready to strike. The barbs on the spike prevent the boilie from sliding off during the cast or while the rig is being retrieved, so the bait stays in position until a fish takes it.

The hooklength is tied with a strong braided line, which offers good knot strength and a supple feel in the water. The braid helps the rig sit naturally on the lakebed or alongside the feeder, and it resists fraying better than many monofilament alternatives when fishing over gravel or rough bottoms.

This system is particularly well suited to fishing with pop-up boilies, where the buoyant bait needs to be held securely and presented just above the lakebed or close to the feeder. The combination of a barbed hook and a spiked bait holder makes it a practical choice for anglers who want a reliable, tangle-resistant presentation without spending time tying rigs on the bank.

The rig is available in a choice of hook sizes, allowing you to match the hook to the size of boilie and the target species. The hooklength measures 8 cm and is tied with 0.12 mm braid, while the bait spike is 7 mm long.
