Shimano Tactical Carp Weigh Mat 87x76x35cm Padded Water-Resistant Carp Care

Shimano Tactical Carp Weigh Mat is a high-quality fishing mat designed for the safe and comfortable weighing of carp. It provides a reliable, fish-friendly surface that helps protect your catch during weighing and photography, making it an essential piece of carp care equipment for the discerning angler.

The mat is manufactured from strong, water-resistant fabric, allowing it to cope with the damp, muddy conditions often encountered on the bank. The water-resistant outer helps prevent moisture from soaking through, while the soft surface is designed with fish welfare in mind, helping to reduce the risk of damage to the fish during handling.

Despite its generous dimensions, the Tactical Carp Weigh Mat remains lightweight and compact. It folds easily for transport, so it can be stowed in a carryall or rucksack without taking up excessive space. This makes it a practical choice for mobile anglers who move between swims, as well as for those who fish from a more permanent base.

The mat measures 87 x 76 x 35 cm, offering ample room for larger carp to be rested and weighed safely. The raised sides help contain the fish and reduce the risk of it slipping off the mat during weighing, giving you greater control and peace of mind when handling specimen fish.

Whether you are targeting carp on a commercial fishery, a gravel pit or a large natural water, the Shimano Tactical Carp Weigh Mat is a dependable addition to your carp care kit. Its combination of durable materials, fish-friendly design and easy transportability makes it suitable for a wide range of angling situations where the welfare of the fish is a priority.
