Pro FL Weighing Bag Carp Sling with Floats 105x55cm Safe Fish Retention

Pro FL Weighing Bag is a purpose-built carp sling designed for the safe retention and weighing of carp in the water. It allows anglers to keep fish secure and calm while preparing weighing and photography equipment, helping to protect the fish during the most critical moments of a session.

The bag is constructed with non-sinking floats mounted on the frame rods. These floats keep the bag buoyant and positioned at the water surface, so the fish remains fully submerged and supported rather than being lifted or pressed against the bank. This is a practical detail for carp anglers who want to minimise stress and handling time.

A full-length zip closure secures the fish inside the bag. Once zipped, the carp is safely contained and cannot escape during weighing or while being moved between the water and the mat. The zip runs along the top of the bag, giving quick and controlled access when it is time to lift the fish for weighing or release.

Mesh panels on the sides provide efficient water drainage. When the bag is lifted from the water, excess water drains away quickly through the mesh, reducing the weight of the bag and making the weighing process more accurate and manageable. The mesh also allows water to flow through the bag while it is in the water, helping to maintain oxygen exchange around the fish.

For night fishing, the bag features reflective stickers that make it easier to locate in low light. This is a useful safety and convenience feature for anglers fishing after dark or in the early hours, when visibility on the bank is limited.

A zipped pocket is included for storing small tools and accessories such as forceps, scissors, hook links or rig bits. Keeping these items close at hand means less time searching and more efficient fish care during a session.

The bag measures 105 x 55 cm and has a transport length of 105 cm. It weighs approximately 1 kg, making it easy to carry as part of a carp fishing setup. The dimensions provide ample space for typical carp while remaining practical to transport and store.

This weighing bag is suitable for carp anglers who practise catch-and-release and want a reliable, fish-friendly retention and weighing solution. It is equally useful for short sessions and longer overnight trips where safe fish handling is a priority.
