Iron Wolf Tango 7g Ice Fishing Lure for Perch Pike Zander UV Jigging Bait

Iron Wolf Tango 7g is a winter ice fishing lure designed for an active jigging approach. When the rod tip is lifted, the lure glides easily to the sides, creating a fluttering action that can be highly effective for tempting perch, pike and zander through the ice.

The lure is built around a high-quality body with painted detailing, giving it a realistic and attractive finish in cold, clear water. The body is coated with UV paint, which can help the lure remain visible and appealing in low-light winter conditions and under the ice.

A strong steel ring provides a reliable connection point for the line or leader, while the sharp treble hook with coloured silicone adds both hooking potential and a small visual attractor. The silicone detail can also help hold the hook in a useful position during the jigging sequence.

At 5.2 cm in length and 7 g in weight, the Tango is a compact, manageable lure for vertical ice fishing. Its weight makes it suitable for reaching depth reasonably quickly and for maintaining contact with the lure when working it with short lifts and pauses.

The gliding action on the lift is the key characteristic of this lure. Rather than simply dropping straight down, it sweeps out to the side, which can trigger reaction bites from predatory fish that are following or inspecting the bait. This makes it a useful option when fish are active but selective.

The Iron Wolf Tango is aimed at anglers who prefer an active, mobile approach to ice fishing. It is suited to vertical jigging through drilled holes and can be worked with a range of rod actions, from subtle tip movements to more pronounced lifts depending on the mood of the fish.

With its UV-painted body, steel ring, sharp treble hook and side-gliding action, the Tango 7g is a practical addition to a winter lure box for perch, pike and zander fishing.
