Savage Gear 3D Sticklebait Pencil 7.5cm 13g Sinking Lure for Pike Perch

Savage Gear 3D Sticklebait Pencil is a sinking pencil lure built around a high-arched back and a slim, streamlined body. Measuring 7.5 cm and weighing 13 g, it is designed to be worked with a walk-the-dog style action, darting from side to side and flashing as it goes. That combination of movement and flash is what draws the attention of perch, pike and other predatory fish.

The lure is created from a 3D scan of a real stickleback, giving it a detailed, natural profile that matches the baitfish predators already feed on. The high-arched back and slim body help it sit and move convincingly in the water, while the sinking construction means it can be fished at different depths depending on retrieve speed and the countdown before you start working it.

On the drop, the 3D Sticklebait Pencil flutters and flashes in a way that triggers reaction bites. A slight shake of the rod tip produces a provoking clicking sound, adding another layer of attraction. This makes it effective not only on a steady retrieve but also when fished with pauses, twitches and short sharp taps that imitate a distressed or fleeing baitfish.

The lure is available in several colourways, including Black Silver, Black Red, Brown Trout Smolt, Fluo Orange Copper and Ayu Green Silver. These options allow you to match the hatch, adapt to water clarity and light conditions, or simply choose a colour that gives you confidence on the day.

With its 7.5 cm length and 13 g weight, the 3D Sticklebait Pencil is a versatile size for a range of predator fishing situations. It can be used for perch and pike in stillwaters and rivers, and its sinking nature makes it useful when fish are holding deeper or when you need to search different layers of the water column.
