Lucky Craft Micro Air Claw S 3cm 2.2g Sinking Trout Lure Area Trout

Lucky Craft Micro Air Claw S is a compact sinking lure that has earned a strong reputation among anglers who target trout in stocked and natural waters. Measuring just 3 cm and weighing 2.2 g, it is a small, dense presentation that casts remarkably well for its size and tracks through the water with a tight, enticing action.

The Micro Air Claw S is built around a specialised body shape that promotes long, accurate casts, even when fishing light tackle. This makes it a practical choice when fish are holding further out or when you need to cover water efficiently from the bank. Once in the water, the lure sinks steadily and can be worked at a range of speeds.

Whether retrieved slowly with a gentle twitch or wound in at a faster pace, the Micro Air Claw S produces vibrations that draw the attention of nearby fish. This versatility allows anglers to experiment with cadence and depth until they find the presentation that triggers a response on the day.

The lure is fitted with a sharp single hook without a barb. This hook configuration is common in area trout and competition fishing, where quick and clean hook removal is valued. The single hook also reduces the risk of snagging compared with treble-hooked alternatives.

With a sinking action and a working depth of approximately 1 to 1.5 metres, the Micro Air Claw S is well suited to fishing the upper and middle layers of the water column. It can be counted down to reach a preferred depth or retrieved immediately for a shallower presentation.

The Micro Air Claw S is available in a selection of proven colour patterns, including Shakutori Green, Tunkara, Bana Mango, Blow Impact Kanimiso, Usumiso Pink and Orion Blue. These finishes are designed to offer anglers options for different light conditions and water clarity.

This lure is most commonly used for Area Trout fishing and in competition settings, where small, refined lures and precise presentations are essential. Its compact size and sinking action also make it a useful option for trout in rivers and streams when fished with light gear.

For anglers seeking a small sinking lure that casts well, vibrates attractively and is built with a sharp single hook, the Lucky Craft Micro Air Claw S is a strong contender in the area trout category.
