Uni Cat Destroyer MP3 Heavy Cat 8000 Catfish Reel 15kg Front Drag Big Pit

Uni Cat Destroyer MP3 Heavy Cat 8000 is a reliable and exceptionally robust big pit reel built for catfish fishing and for battling the largest freshwater predators. Its powerful construction, smooth mechanism and high-quality components allow you to fish confidently even in the most demanding conditions, using heavy rigs and large baits.

The reel is equipped with 5 ball bearings and 1 stainless steel roller bearing, which together ensure smooth and long-lasting operation. This bearing setup reduces friction through the drivetrain and supports consistent performance during repeated heavy retrieves.

A reinforced 6 mm hardened steel shaft forms the backbone of the reel. This shaft is designed to withstand the high loads associated with catfish angling, where powerful runs and heavy resistance place considerable stress on the internal mechanism.

The CNC-machined aluminium handle provides a solid, direct connection between the angler and the reel. Its machined construction contributes to the overall rigidity of the handle assembly, which is particularly valuable when applying pressure during a fight.

A strong line guard further enhances the durability and reliability of the construction, even under heavy loads. Together with the reinforced shaft and machined handle, it helps the reel maintain stable performance when fishing with large baits and heavy terminal tackle.

The powerful 15 kg front drag system features enlarged drag discs and three carbon fibre (Carbon) discs. This combination allows precise control during the fight with a fish, giving you the ability to apply smooth, adjustable pressure when it matters most.

The S-Curve Oscillation line lay system ensures even line winding onto the spool, which helps make casts more accurate and smoother. Consistent line lay also supports reliable line release during the cast and contributes to better overall fishing performance.

With its heavy-duty construction, strong drag and smooth line lay, the Uni Cat Destroyer MP3 Heavy Cat 8000 is aimed at anglers who target catfish and other large freshwater predators with heavy rigs and substantial baits.
