Adventer & Fishing Softshell Jacket Windbreaker 8000mm Fishing Jacket

Adventer & Fishing Softshell Jacket is a windproof, highly breathable jacket built for anglers who need reliable protection without bulk. Made from an exceptionally lightweight fabric with a Windbarrier membrane and a special DWR finish, it delivers a confirmed water resistance of 8000 mm, making it a practical outer layer for long sessions on the bank.

The Windbarrier membrane blocks wind while allowing heat and moisture to escape, so you stay comfortable whether you are casting into a headwind or walking between swims. The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating encourages rain and spray to bead and roll off the surface, helping the jacket stay light in wet conditions.

A high collar shields the neck from cold gusts and adds warmth where it matters most. Underarm ventilation zips let you dump excess heat quickly during active fishing or when carrying gear over distance, giving you effective temperature control throughout the day.

Practical details include a drawcord hem for adjusting the jacket width and sealing out draughts, three useful pockets for storing small tackle and personal items, and Velcro-adjustable cuffs that create a snug seal at the wrists. The removable hood can be taken off when conditions allow or left on for extra cover in wind and rain.

With a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, the jacket offers a lightweight feel with a degree of stretch for unrestricted movement. It is well suited to fishing and other outdoor sports where wind protection, breathability and freedom of movement are essential.

Fit note: we recommend choosing one size smaller than you would normally wear.
