FL Pro Power Max Feeder 6500 Reel Graphite 8BB Quick Drag Method Feeder

FL Pro Power Max Feeder 6500 is a powerful, very robust fixed spool reel with a modern design, built for anglers who need dependable performance when fishing the Method feeder or fishing a heavy feeder rig on the bottom. Its graphite body gives the reel a solid, load-resistant feel, so it stays composed when you are casting repeatedly with loaded feeders and playing hard-fighting fish.

The body houses 8 ball bearings, which deliver an exceptionally light and very smooth retrieve. Whether you are winding in a heavy Method feeder or slowly retrieving a rig over a gravel bar, the reel runs without the roughness or hesitation that cheaper bearings can produce, helping you keep in touch with what is happening at the hook end.

The shallow spool is a practical choice for feeder work because it suits both braided and monofilament lines. A shallow spool reduces the amount of backing line needed and helps the line flow off the spool cleanly during the cast, which is useful when you are fishing at range with a loaded feeder.

Two steel line clips on the spool let you mark and return to productive casting distances quickly, an advantage when you are building up a bed of bait on a Method feeder swim. The computer-balanced rotor keeps the reel running smoothly at speed, reducing vibration and helping the line lay evenly on the spool.

The worm gear drive system provides remarkable winding power while maintaining an even line lay and helping to prevent line twist. This is particularly valuable with braided main line, which can otherwise kink and tangle if the reel lays it poorly. The Anti-Twist and Quick Drag systems work together to keep the line behaving well and to let you tighten the drag almost instantly when a fish makes a sudden run.

Additional protection against line slipping under the spool adds reliability during long sessions, and the Quick Drag front drag allows fast adjustment from free spool to locked-up when you need to strike or control a fish close to the net. The ergonomic, new-model screw-in handle gives a comfortable grip and makes playing fish an even more pleasant experience.

With its graphite construction, 8-bearing smoothness and feeder-focused features, the FL Pro Power Max Feeder 6500 is a sensible choice for anglers who want a strong, smooth reel for Method feeder and bottom fishing without unnecessary complexity.
