Prof Montaz Asymmetric Loop Feeder Rig 30-70g Bottom Fishing System

Prof Montaz Asymmetric Loop Rig is a ready-tied bottom fishing system designed for feeder and ledgering anglers who want a reliable, time-saving setup that performs straight from the packet. Produced by the Ukrainian manufacturer Prof Montaz, this rig is built around a single hook and an asymmetric loop that accepts a feeder or lead of your chosen weight, allowing you to adapt quickly to the swim in front of you.

The system is supplied with one hook and an asymmetric loop to which a feeder of 30-70 g can be attached. Because the loop is designed for quick changes, you can swap feeders and weights yourself without rebuilding the rig, making it easy to fine-tune your presentation as conditions change. This flexibility is particularly useful when you need to move between lighter and heavier feeders during a session.

The asymmetric loop arrangement helps the rig transfer bites sensitively to the rod tip, so even cautious takes are easier to spot. This makes the rig well suited to both stillwater and river fishing, where bite indication and a natural presentation are important. The single-hook design keeps the setup simple and reduces the chance of tangles during casting.

Prof Montaz rigs are used by both professional and amateur anglers, and this model reflects that practical, field-tested approach. The components are chosen for reliability and strength, so the rig can cope with regular use in demanding fishing situations. Whether you are targeting bream, roach, carp or other bottom-feeding species, the Asymmetric Loop Rig offers a dependable starting point.

The rig is available with feeder weights of 30 g, 40 g, 50 g, 60 g and 70 g, giving you a choice to suit different depths, distances and flow rates. Simply select the weight that matches your swim and the conditions on the day.
