Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Lure 1.7cm 0.14g Sharp Hooks for Smelt Fishing

Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Lure is a specialised terminal tackle item designed for targeting smelt and other small predatory fish in both freshwater and saltwater environments. This compact lure combines a glowing phosphorescent body with sharp hooks, making it an effective choice for anglers who pursue smelt during daylight or low-light conditions.

The lure features a phosphorescent finish that absorbs light and emits a visible glow, which can attract fish in murky water or during dawn and dusk sessions. The sharp hooks are integrated into the rig, ensuring a reliable hook hold when smelt or other small predators strike. At just 1.7 cm in length and 0.14 g in weight, it is lightweight and unobtrusive, allowing for natural presentation on light tackle.

This smelt rig lure is particularly suited to ice fishing, float fishing, and light spinning for smelt, but it can also be used for other small species that respond to glowing lures. The compact size makes it ideal for ultralight setups, and the phosphorescent effect can be recharged by exposing the lure to a light source before casting.

The lure is available in two colours: Red and Green, allowing anglers to match the hatch or choose a colour based on water clarity and light conditions. Both variants share the same dimensions and weight, ensuring consistent performance across the range.

Whether you are targeting smelt through the ice or casting from a pier, this phosphorescent smelt rig lure offers a combination of visibility, sharp hooking power, and a realistic profile that can make a difference in tough conditions.
