Lucky John Glider 10g 6cm Ice Fishing Lure for Perch & Predators

Lucky John Glider is a winter ice fishing lure designed to help you catch perch and other predatory fish in deep water. Its compact 60 mm body and 10 g weight make it an effective tool for vertical jigging through the ice, where a controlled and attractive presentation is essential.

The Glider is a specialised ice jig that combines a realistic profile with a weight that allows it to reach deeper layers quickly. Once at the desired depth, it can be worked with short, sharp lifts and pauses, a technique that often triggers reaction bites from perch and other predators. The lure's design supports a fluttering or gliding action on the drop, which can be particularly effective when fish are less active or pressured.

With a length of 60 mm and a weight of 10 g, this lure sits in a versatile range for ice fishing. It is heavy enough to maintain contact with the bottom in moderate depths and currents, yet compact enough to appeal to perch and similar species. The Glider is available in several colour options, allowing you to match the lure to the water clarity, light conditions and the preferences of the fish on the day.

For anglers targeting perch through the ice, the Lucky John Glider offers a balance of casting or dropping weight and a fish-attracting profile. It can be fished with standard ice fishing rods and vertical jigging techniques. Whether you are fishing deep basins or structure edges, this lure is built to help you present a tempting target to predatory fish.
