MFF Basil & Lemon Mosquito Repellent Spray 100ml - Natural Insect Spray

MFF Basil & Lemon Mosquito Repellent Spray 100ml is a ready-to-use insect repellent spray from the Mosquito Free Fishing range, formulated with selected essential oils to help keep mosquitoes away. The pleasant basil and lemon fragrance makes it far more agreeable to use than many conventional chemical repellents, so it can be applied before a session without leaving an unpleasant smell on your hands, clothing or tackle.

The formula is free from chemical repellent agents and relies instead on a concentrated blend of essential oils. This makes it a practical choice for anglers who prefer to avoid DEET-based products, particularly when fishing with children or when applying repellent repeatedly during a long day on the bank.

The spray is designed to be applied directly to exposed skin, which is where it works best. A light application to the arms, legs, neck and any other uncovered areas is normally sufficient. Because the fragrance is strong and pleasant, it also helps mask the natural scents that tend to attract biting insects around still water, canals and heavily vegetated swims.

With a 100 ml volume, the bottle is compact enough to live in a rucksack side pocket, a bait bag or a jacket pocket, yet large enough to last through several sessions. The pump spray delivers a fine, even mist, so a small amount covers a good area without soaking the skin.

The basil and lemon scent is fresh and herbal rather than harsh or medicinal. It is suitable for children from 3 years of age, making it a sensible addition to a family fishing trip or a summer holiday by the water.

Typical uses include coarse and carp fishing on lakes and ponds, river sessions in the warmer months, and evening or dawn trips when mosquito activity is at its highest. Keep a bottle in your tackle box alongside your other bank accessories so it is always to hand when the insects appear.
