Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Flasher Hooks 1.7cm 0.11g Red Green Lure Bait

Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Flasher is a specialised terminal tackle component designed for targeting smelt and other small predatory fish. This compact flasher rig combines a bright phosphorescent body with sharp hooks, creating an effective attractor that glows in the water and provokes strikes from curious or feeding fish.

The flasher measures just 1.7 cm in length and weighs a mere 0.11 g, making it an ultra-light offering that can be presented naturally on light tackle. Its small profile is ideal for finicky species and for fishing situations where a subtle yet highly visible bait presentation is required.

Each flasher is equipped with sharp hooks that are ready to fish straight from the packet. The phosphorescent finish emits a bright glow, which can be particularly effective in low-light conditions, murky water or at depth where natural light is limited. This glow helps to draw attention to the rig and can improve catch rates when fishing for smelt.

The flasher is available in two proven colours: Red and Green. Both options feature the same phosphorescent properties and sharp hook configuration, allowing anglers to match the hatch or choose a colour that stands out in their local waters.

This smelt flasher is suitable for a variety of light fishing techniques, including float fishing, bottom fishing and micro-jigging. It can be used as part of a sabiki-style rig or fished singly on a light leader. The compact size and lightweight construction make it an excellent choice for ultralight spinning and match fishing setups.

Whether you are targeting smelt in coastal waters, estuaries or inland lakes, this phosphorescent flasher offers a bright, fish-attracting presentation that is easy to use and highly effective. Its combination of glow, sharp hooks and realistic size makes it a valuable addition to any angler's tackle box.
