Tungsten Ice Jig "Velniukas" 0.95g 1.6cm Barbless Lure for Perch Pike Zander

Tungsten Ice Jig "Velniukas" 0.95g is one of the most popular barbless ice jigs designed for ice fishing. Its compact tungsten body and carefully balanced shape make it a highly effective lure for tempting fish through the ice, even in the coldest conditions when fish are less active.

The jig is fitted with a small spinner blade or coloured bead that vibrates and flashes as the lure is jigged. This combination of movement and visual attraction triggers the predatory instinct of fish, provoking strikes without the need for live bait. The barbless hook ensures quick and clean hooksets, making it easier to release fish unharmed.

Thanks to its versatile design, the "Velniukas" jig appeals to a wide range of species. It is actively taken by perch, pike, zander and other predators, as well as by peaceful fish such as bream, roach, rudd, bleak and others. This makes it an excellent all-round lure for ice fishing sessions where multiple species may be encountered.

Weighing just 0.95g and measuring 1.6cm in length, the jig is small enough to imitate natural prey but heavy enough to sink quickly and provide good contact with the lure. Its tungsten construction offers a dense, compact profile that cuts through the water efficiently and allows for precise jigging action.

The lure is particularly effective when fish are inactive or finicky. The subtle vibration and flash from the spinner or bead can entice even reluctant fish to bite. Whether you are targeting perch on a local lake or hoping for a bonus pike, this jig is a reliable choice for your ice fishing tackle box.
