Akara Trout Time Dolly 4.5cm Cheese Soft Lure Trout Fishing Bait 10pc

Akara Trout Time Dolly 4.5cm – Cheese is a soft plastic lure developed specifically for trout anglers who need a bait that keeps working when fish are reluctant to feed. Its ribbed, segmented body gives the lure a lively, aggressive action in the water, creating vibration and movement that trout can detect even in low visibility.

The strong cheese scent is a key part of the Dolly's appeal. Trout rely heavily on smell and taste, particularly in cold, coloured or heavily fished water where sight feeding is limited. The intense aroma encourages fish to hold on to the lure for longer, which gives you a better chance of setting the hook cleanly.

The colour and scent combination is designed to attract trout even in cold and murky conditions, when many other lures lose their effectiveness. This makes the Dolly a useful option for early season sessions, winter fishing and rivers carrying a little colour after rain.

The lure is recommended for use with JIG heads or single hooks, giving you flexibility in how you present it. Rigged on a jig head it can be worked along the bottom or hopped through the water column; fished on a single hook it can be used as a trailer or fished slowly on a light setup.

Akara uses high-quality materials and carefully selected flavours in the Trout Time range. This helps the lure stay attractive for longer, even when other baits have stopped producing bites. The soft plastic body is durable enough to withstand repeated casts and takes from small trout.

Although the Dolly is built around trout fishing, it is also effective for other predatory fish that respond to scent and movement. Perch, chub and similar species will readily take this lure when it is presented naturally.

Each box contains 10 lures, giving you a good stock of a proven pattern. The lure measures 4.5cm in length, a compact size that suits a wide range of trout waters, from small streams to larger rivers and stillwaters.
