Lucky Craft Clutch SSR 4.5cm 7g Floating Crankbait Lure for Chub & Trout

Lucky Craft Clutch SSR is a premium Japanese-made floating crankbait, measuring 4.5 cm and weighing 7 g, specifically developed for the Lithuanian market and designed in close collaboration with competitive Baltic anglers. This special series features colour patterns and combinations that have been carefully selected and tested by highly experienced fishermen to perform exceptionally well in local waters.

The lure's detailed paintwork closely mimics the beetles and aquatic insects naturally found in Lithuanian and Baltic water bodies, making it an incredibly tempting target for chub and other predatory fish. Whether you retrieve it slowly with a steady crank or burn it back quickly, the Clutch SSR maintains an effective, enticing action that triggers strikes.

As a shallow-running floating crankbait, the Clutch SSR is ideal for fishing in the upper layers of the water column, typically diving to between 0 and 0.3 metres. This makes it perfect for working over shallow flats, along the edges of weed beds, or in rivers where the current pushes baitfish close to the surface. Its floating property also allows for a pause-and-go retrieve, letting the lure rise and flutter enticingly on the pause.

Built with Lucky Craft's renowned Japanese craftsmanship, the Clutch SSR offers excellent casting performance for its compact size and weight. The internal weight transfer system ensures stable flight and accurate placement, even when casting into tight spots or against the wind. The sharp, high-quality treble hooks provide reliable hooksets, while the durable finish resists chipping and fading after repeated use.

This versatile lure is available in a wide range of proven colour patterns, including MS Japan Shad, Aurora Purple Nightmare, R-33, Archer Bee, MJ Green, Funamuhi II, Beach Crab II, Energy Baby May Salmon - Seiki Amago, NC Female Bluegill, Black & Gold, All OT Moss Craw, Black Night, Motor Oil, Copper Amago, FK Black Crack, Spring Life Black, and Oil Cicada. Each colour is designed to match specific foraging cues and light conditions, giving anglers the flexibility to adapt to changing situations on the water.

Whether you are targeting chub in a small river, trout in a stream, or perch and other predators in a lake, the Lucky Craft Clutch SSR is a reliable and highly effective addition to your tackle box. Its combination of realistic insect imitation, shallow diving depth, and versatile action makes it a must-have for any serious spinning enthusiast.
