Pro FL Strategist Spod Marker SM14000 Long Cast Carp Reel 6.6:1 166cm Retrieve

Pro FL Strategist Spod & Marker SM14000 – a specialised large-size reel designed for spod and marker fishing, where maximum casting distance and extremely fast line retrieval are essential. It is ideal for fishing with spod rockets, Spombs and marker setups at long range.

The large Long Cast metal spool is designed for extreme-distance casting, while the fast 6.6:1 gear ratio provides an impressive line retrieve of approximately 166 cm per handle turn. This is particularly useful during intensive baiting sessions when the spod needs to be repeatedly cast and retrieved.

Slow spool oscillation provides dense and even line lay, helping the line sit neatly on the spool and release smoothly during the next cast.

The reel features 3 metal line clips, allowing anglers to mark different fishing, baiting or marker distances and return accurately to the selected range.

Additional features include a balanced rotor and protection against line getting underneath the spool. A maximum drag force of 15 kg provides plenty of power for demanding spod and marker work.
