Lunar Baits Topaz Wafters 8x12mm Golden Squid Carp Bait Balanced Hookbait

Lunar Baits Topaz Wafters 8x12mm – Golden Squid are unique, specially shaped wafter (balanced) baits that most carp have almost certainly never seen before. The 8x12mm size has been carefully chosen so that it pairs perfectly with size 6 to 10 hooks, making it an ideal choice for carp anglers fishing commercial waters, competing in matches, or targeting fish with method feeder and bottom fishing tactics.

The distinctive shape, colour and completely unique aromas set these baits apart from standard offerings. Each bait is handmade in Lithuania, giving the range a genuinely artisan character that is difficult to find in mass-produced alternatives.

TOPAZ (topaz in Lithuanian) is a classic-coloured bait with an exceptional composition based on squid flavour. What makes it truly unique is the inclusion of three alkaline-type components, which work in the opposite way to 99% of baits that are purely acidic. This contrast gives Topaz a different attraction profile in the water and can help it stand out when fish have become wary of conventional acidic baits.

The bait's composition is further enriched with a blend of organic acids, fruit and marine-origin attractors, essential oils, innovative stimulants and more. This complex recipe is designed to release a broad spectrum of attractants, appealing to carp through both scent and taste.

Wafters are balanced baits that sit critically on the hook, helping to counteract the weight of the hook and present a more natural, lighter offering. This can be particularly effective when fish are cautious or when using rigs that benefit from a slow-sinking, balanced presentation. The 8x12mm size is versatile enough for a range of rigs and hook sizes, making it a practical addition to any carp angler's bait selection.

Whether you are fishing a commercial carp lake, a match venue or a method feeder setup, these wafters offer a distinctive shape, colour and aroma profile that can give you an edge. The handmade production in Lithuania ensures consistent quality and attention to detail in every batch.
