TheDevil system is a handmade system with two jumpers, which is a time-tested and well-known to all perch anglers. The jumpers are tied on strong, sharp hooks. The weight of the system, as it hits the feeder, creates a cloud of dust and attracts the attention of the bass even from a long distance away. Often tied with an additional jumper/butterfly at the top.
