Mepps Aglia Black Spinner Lure VMC Treble Hook 3.5g-13g Pike Perch Trout

Mepps Aglia Black is a premium inline spinner from the legendary French manufacturer Mepps, a name trusted by anglers worldwide for producing high-quality metal lures. The Aglia range has earned its reputation through consistent performance, and the Black colourway offers a subtle yet highly effective presentation for pressured fish and low-light conditions.

The spinner is crafted from a special copper alloy of exceptional quality, giving it the durability and corrosion resistance needed for repeated use in fresh and saltwater. The intense colour finish is achieved using modern Brite pigments, which produce a vivid, long-lasting appearance that resists fading. The black blade creates a strong contrast in the water, making it an excellent choice when fish are wary or when fishing in coloured water.

As the blade rotates underwater, it generates a powerful flash and vibration that strongly attracts predatory fish. This combination of visual and sensory stimulation triggers aggressive strikes from a wide range of species. The spinner is equipped with a sharp VMC treble hook, a trusted name in hook manufacturing, ensuring reliable hooksets and reducing the chance of lost fish.

The Mepps Aglia Black is available in five sizes to suit different fishing situations and target species. Size 1 weighs 3.5g and measures 50mm, ideal for smaller predators and ultralight setups. Size 2 weighs 4.5g at 55mm, size 3 weighs 6.5g at 65mm, size 4 weighs 9g at 75mm, and size 5 weighs 13g at 85mm. This range allows anglers to match the lure to the conditions, from small streams to larger rivers and lakes.

Whether you are targeting perch, trout, pike or chub, the Mepps Aglia Black is a versatile addition to any tackle box. Its proven design and quality construction make it a reliable choice for both beginners and experienced anglers.
