Mepps Aglia Gold Spinner Lure VMC Treble Hook Pike Perch Trout 3.5g-13g

Mepps Aglia Gold is a legendary French-made spinner that has earned its reputation worldwide as one of the finest metal lures available to the discerning angler. Built around a special copper alloy of exceptional quality, the Aglia Gold delivers the premium finish and dependable performance that have made Mepps a benchmark name in spinning.

The blade is finished with modern Brite pigments, producing an intense, highly reflective gold mirror surface. As the blade rotates beneath the surface it generates a powerful flash and a strong vibration pulse through the water, a combination that reliably draws the attention of predatory fish and triggers reaction strikes.

Each spinner is fitted with a sharp VMC treble hook, a trusted hook brand among lure anglers for secure hook holds and reliable penetration. The weighted body and rotating blade allow the lure to be fished effectively at a range of depths and retrieve speeds, making it a versatile choice for both still and flowing water.

The Mepps Aglia Gold is available in five sizes to suit different target species and fishing conditions. Size 1 weighs 3.5 g and measures 50 mm, size 2 weighs 4.5 g and measures 55 mm, size 3 weighs 6.5 g and measures 65 mm, size 4 weighs 9 g and measures 75 mm, and size 5 weighs 13 g and measures 85 mm. This range covers light finesse presentations through to larger profiles for bigger predators.

Thanks to its compact metal construction and rotating blade action, the Aglia Gold is well suited to spinning for perch, trout, chub and other smaller predators in the lighter sizes, while the larger sizes are a popular choice when targeting pike and other larger predatory species. The gold finish is particularly effective in coloured or low-light water conditions where a bright flash helps fish locate the lure.

Whether you are working a small stream, a river or a stillwater venue, the Mepps Aglia Gold offers a proven, high-quality spinner that has stood the test of time with anglers around the world.
