Mepps Aglia Decoree Gold Red Dots Spinner Lure VMC Treble Pike Perch Trout

Mepps Aglia Decoree Gold Red Dots is a premium inline spinner from the legendary French manufacturer Mepps, a name trusted by anglers worldwide for producing high-quality metal lures. This model combines a mirror-finish gold blade with vivid red dot detailing, creating a flash and colour burst underwater that is highly effective at drawing the attention of predatory fish.

The Mepps Aglia Decoree is built around a special copper alloy body, chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance. The blade is finished with Brite pigments, a modern colour technology that produces intense, long-lasting hues. As the blade rotates, it reflects light and emits a powerful combination of gold flash and red accents, mimicking the appearance of a distressed baitfish or insect. This visual trigger is particularly useful in both clear and slightly coloured water.

Each lure is fitted with a sharp VMC treble hook, a brand recognised for reliable hook penetration and strength. The hook is designed to hold firm during the fight, reducing the chance of lost fish. The compact body and balanced weight make the Aglia Decoree easy to cast accurately, even in windy conditions or when targeting structure.

The Mepps Aglia Decoree is available in three sizes to suit different fishing situations. Size 1 weighs 3.5 g and measures 50 mm, ideal for light spinning and smaller predators. Size 2 weighs 4.5 g and measures 60 mm, a versatile all-rounder. Size 3 weighs 6.5 g and measures 70 mm, suitable for longer casts and larger fish. This range allows anglers to match the lure to the depth, current and target species.

This spinner is a classic choice for targeting perch, pike, trout and chub in rivers, streams and lakes. Its rotating blade works effectively at slow to medium retrieve speeds, making it a good option for exploring unknown water or when fish are less active. The Mepps Aglia Decoree is a proven fish catcher that deserves a place in any predator angler's tackle box.
