Sledz Cykada - The faster the lead, the stronger the lateral movement. It swings more from side to side. The lighter version, as soon as it hits the water, you need to hold the rod vertically and by twisting the line at a slow/medium pace the wobbler moves just below the surface. Every now and then you need to give the rod tip a little 'tug' and the wobbler will gently pop up and shimmer on the surface - like a swimming fish. It can also be guided on the surface (rod upright, reel at a moderate speed) and then, when the tip is lifted, the wobbler raises its tail and rises to the surface. Of course, it is also possible to lead the rod 1 m below the surface, but in this case it is better to keep the rod tip closer to the water. The heavier version works in exactly the same way, but immediately deeper. If you hold the rod tip close to the water and slowly pull it out, it will go down 2 m or more - it all depends on how you guide.
