XESTA Black Star Sharp Friction S69L-S Spinning Rod 2.05m 0.6-10g

The XESTA Black Star Sharp Friction S69L-S is part of the latest generation of the legendary Black Star series. This updated version of one of XESTA's most popular rod lengths and casting weights retains the brand's distinctive styling while introducing a refined design with smaller guides, a minimalist EVA and carbon handle, and a short solid tip that blends seamlessly into the blank.

Built using the latest Torayca T-1100G carbon fibre, the blank is lighter, slimmer and stronger while delivering outstanding sensitivity. Designed primarily for ultralight lure fishing with micro jigs and small soft plastics, it provides excellent bottom feedback and superb bite detection.

The rod performs best with lure weights from around 3 g up to the maximum rated 10 g, making it an excellent choice for targeting perch and other light predators. Compared with the Extra Tuned series, it features a slightly more forgiving blank action while maintaining exceptional sensitivity.
