Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Oats Lure 17mm Sharp Hooks for Smelt Ice Fishing

Phosphorescent Smelt Rig Oats Lure is a specialised terminal tackle item designed for smelt fishing. Manufactured in Lithuania, these colourful oats-style lures are built to attract smelt and convert bites into hooked fish, even in low-light conditions.

The lure features sharp and strong hooks that are intended to ensure reliable hooksets when smelt take the bait. The hook points are designed to penetrate quickly, which can be an advantage when fish are feeding cautiously or when bites are light.

The bright, time-proven colours are highly visible and are designed to glow in the dark. This phosphorescent quality makes the lure particularly useful for fishing in low-light periods, such as dawn, dusk or night sessions, when smelt may still be actively feeding.

Each oat lure measures 17 mm in length including the hook. This compact size is well suited to smelt fishing, where small, subtle presentations are often required. The lure can be used as part of a rig or fished on its own, depending on the angler's preferred setup.

These lures are supplied in a range of colours. The multi-colour selection allows anglers to match the lure to the water clarity, light conditions and the preferences of the fish on the day. Having several colours available is useful for experimenting until the most effective pattern is found.

Thanks to the combination of phosphorescent glow, sharp hooks and a proven smelt-focused design, these oats lures are a practical choice for anglers targeting smelt through the ice or in open water. They are lightweight, easy to store and simple to attach to a wide range of smelt rigs.
